New apartments, we stayed in the Orange, on the ground floor, but I imagine the others are mirrored. Everything working and clean, excellent possibility of using the common washing machine outside, very convenient private parking. We had a great time and would recommend it near Kolymbia. Property just 5 minutes drive from Tsampika beach. Cleaning every 3 days is sufficient in our opinion.
The bathroom is very small, but we had no problems. We would recommend installing sliding doors because they would facilitate passage. A curtain for the front door could also be useful, for those who are used to having total darkness. Nothing essential, very small touches to make it truly perfect
